From what we know (always the wildcard), it seems like this year's team has weathered three preseason games in relatively good health involving 1s on both sides of the ball. So ... what DO we know about who's limited and who is not? Grissom and Arrington got nicked last night from what I saw; don't know the seriousness of either.

Ballard does not look good. Cannon, Dennard, Dowling and Fells remain question marks. Amendola supposedly is OK. Connolly is back getting reps. I'm sure I am missing some -- who else is hobbled/working through injury (aside from the obvious like Gronk and Armstead)?

Gronk says Hi!

whenever i see amendola missing time...i get nervous becasue we all know his past even if it is minor.

Wilforks injury seems minor as well.

Oh and i forgot...brady got a cut on his had last night!!!

Wilfork isn't injured. Some reporters have said it was just rest for the big fella.

I have no problem with them resting Amendola. He and Brady are in sync and he's going to absorb his fair share of punishment this season. Fingers crossed that he has new-found durability.

Patriots not spotted in warm-ups - New England Patriots Blog - ESPN Boston

The following Patriots were not spotted during warm-ups, a sign that they likely won't suit up for the game.

Wide receiver Kamar Aiken
Wide receiver Danny Amendola
Defensive lineman Armond Armstead (on NFI list)
Offensive lineman Marcus Cannon
Defensive end Jermaine Cunningham
Cornerback Alfonzo Dennard
Cornerback Ras-I Dowling
Safety Nate Ebner
Tight end Daniel Fells
Defensive end Justin Francis
Tight end Rob Gronkowski (on PUP)
Wide receiver Mark Harrison (on NFI list)
Defensive back Brandon Jones

he was working with trainers before the game in det...means he has some type of issue. Won't do that if you are healthy

To me, the real question marks are

Ballard
Cannon
Fells
Francis
Armstead
Cunningham
Dennard
Dowling
Ebner

I think that Gronkowski is headed for the PUP list. We have choices to make on the rest. And, given that we have only 5 DL's worthy of the roster, Cunningham is again in the mix, if he play.

I know that Ballard has been playing. He's playing nowhere near back to strength, trying to make the 53.

8-12 of these players would make the 53 man roster if they were healthy. We talk a lot about the roster. It seems the key issue over the next ten days is the health of these players.

Gronkowski
Ballard
Cannon
Fells
Francis
Armstead
Cunningham
Dennard
Dowling
Ebner
Zusevics
Grissom

Significant injury issues, by position group:

K/P/LS -- none

QB -- none, but watch out for Brady's shoulder

RB -- none

WR -- none, Amendola's rest notwithstanding

TE -- it's complicated

OL -- Thomas was lost to money. McDonald was lost to injury. We presume his spot might go to Zusevics, but he's having injury issues as well.

DT -- Between Love/Deaderick and various injuries, the collection of heavy guys is thin. And the #1 lightweight make-do, Cunningham, is injured himself.

DE -- Cunningham's tub time is costing him. Otherwise none.

LB -- none

S -- Ebner may be losing his chance to compete. Otherwise, none, assuming McCourty is back.

CB -- Injury ward as usual.
