In an uncapped year, UFA does require 6 years

I continue to see this all over the internet, and its not just sadly delusional Colts fans. This has been widely repeated in the media.

Article 19 Section 1A of the CBA clearly states that players with 5 or more Accrued Seasons shall become a UFA.

It also states that in a capped year, players with 4 or more seasons become UFAs.

The section on RFAs agrees with this.

Is there any reason to believe that players with five accrued seasons will not become UFAs in an uncapped year?

If not, why doesn't the media take a hammer to its collective head, and get this right?

So apparently if 2009 had also been uncapped players would have needed 5 years of service to be UFA in 2010. But since it wasn't and only 2010 or the final season is uncapped they will require 6 years to be UFA in 2010 only.
