It could be just like last year. So much speculation, hours upon hours of time spent reading about players and watching videos, posting and discussing prospects, only to have the Pats draft a huge farmboy lineman with a mustache.

You're mistaken. We drafted a cowboy, not a farmboy. And that was no mere mustache, that was a bad-ass fumanchu. :cool2:
 
After some deep thought, I've changed my mind.

I don't want them to take Bobby Boucher, LB, SWLA St. He cannot drop into coverage.

I'd be disappointed with a TE in the first round, unless it was Vernon Davis falling . From previous threads I understand the logic of drafting Pope in the first round and it would probably work out well for us, but i'd still be disappointed with Graham and Watson still with us. I'd be ecstatic to get Pope in the second round but he won't fall that far.
