What must we do in free agency? I assume that we can pick the usual assortment of veteran backups if need be at QB, RB, OL, TE, CB, and perhaps even LB.
And yes, we'll pick up a kicker.
For example, we could re-sign Fauria, Chad Scott and Flutie.

Add Ty Law and a RT.

The roster is really fine for 2006 before the draft, except for wide receiver. Of course the draft should give us depth at a couple the positions, hopefully RT and LB.
