First of all,Take a deep breath and relax.
I agree with what you said,but it's a long season, relax.
It's a little bit funny actually,Did seymour's holdout,last year plant the seed for branch's own hold out?
Seymour might have inadvertently,led to Branch's hold out and eventual departure
Maybe Seymour's conscience is bothering him

Seymour is a great player,team leader,and It wouldn't surprise me if he was "just venting" for all branch's friends on the team.
Give Seymour a day of mourning,and He'll be encouraging teammates,that the personnel we have is what we have to work with.
