If Pitt And San Diego Finish With The Same Record?

If Pitt loses to Jax next week and then wins out and San Diego wins out. What is teh tie breaker? Who will be the higher seed?
 
1. Head to head. Didn't play.

2. Conference record. Tied now. But, if Pitt loses to Jax. SD would have a better conf. record if they winout.

3. Common opponents.
 
I believe this is correct..

Pitt loss then win out = 8-4 conference
SD wins out = 9-3 conference

1. NE 2. Indy 3. SD 4. Pitt 5/6. Jags/Browns/Bills/Titans
 
It will be interesting to see how those teams match up and where they have to travel the rest of the year. A great point brought up by the announcers is that the furthest NE has to travel is to NJ, then Arizona. Maybe some of the vets can get a little more rest in the next few games.
