I Scouted the Patriots Using Steve Belichick’s Book

What I want to know is how the attention to detail varies from team to team even in the current NFL. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that numerous teams employ guys who aren't nearly this good. I also wouldn't be surprised if this was, indeed, the standard for what it takes to scout at a high level.
