RG III had surgery, Cam Newton had significant "growing pains" this year... after these guys experience a complete season in the NFL, their tendencies become more obvious and easier to defend.

The media is always looking for the next generation storyline. Most of whom are here today and gone tomorrow. And in the process diminishing the most compelling past and present one.

The theme of the article is TFB's focus to win the big prize as his career approaches the final seasons. Watching TFB anywhere, in summer camp, on the sidelines keeping warmed up during a game, whatever it's clear that he's determined and focused.

My biggest concern for Sunday is that the RatBirds have another supremely determined to win it one last time future HOF player leading their team. Leaders like these two have ways of infusing lesser team mates with the energy to exceed their typical limits.
