ORCHARD PARK, NY (Rooters) -- Police were summoned to Ralph Wilson Stadium by reports of a robbery. Buffalo Bills players claimed that a win had been stolen by a gang of about 50 men dressed in white and blue.

Police quickly left the scene not long after a computer check revealed that Bills players had filed a similar claim last year. A cursory search led them to reclassify the case as a home invasion as, once again, police could find nothing worth stealing.

(A hat tip to whoever had that last comment (posted before the :explative trolls crashed the board last year. I felt it was too good not to revive. )

This one made me chuckle at the time. I ran across it by accident and it's timely (if a little late...)
