How high for QB?

The Patriots have only 2 QBs on the roster, and one of them will be a RFA after the season. This is a natural time to look for the next backup QB and give him some time to learn as the #3 the way Cassel did.

The more I think about it, I wouldn't be surprised to see them spend a mid-round pick on the position to secure a guy they really feel good about. Any predictions?
 
Aren't there any late round skinny kids with winning big game records? I guess there is...Matt Moore (Oregon State). Besides the guys noted above, Zach Taylor (Nebraska) seemed to generate some interest. I'd be inclined to grab some UDFA camp fodder and see what they can absorb, then sift through the cut-downs and work off the Practice Squad with one or more. If you do want to 'draft' your QB, Zabransky as a position change to S or RB might be worth a late round tryout.
