How good is the Jags secondary ?

Ward had 100 + yards on 10 catches

Holmes was covered by Mathis and got shut down. The 37 yard TD was just a msised tackle by Mathis as soon as Holmes caught it.

And the Ward's complement on the Patriots is Welker. There's no way Welker doesn't tear it up.

Moss is not Santonio Holmes either.

Im not familiar with that team,do they have good corners and safties ?

I think they are excellent. In fact, I bet they hold the Patriots under 50 points this weeked. I really believe that.

Any comparison between the past Pitt/Jax game and this week's matchup needs to take into consideration the fact that Roeth played like crap all night. There were numerous times that guys were free that he just didn't see it. I was aghast when I read a quote by him about how great the coverage was. I hope that Jax thinks they had good coverage too, because Brady would shred that zone.

per DVOA, they were 8th against the pass, 22nd vs the run

13th vs #1 WR's, 4th vs #2 WR's, 24th vs other WR's, 6th vs TE's, 14th vs RB's.

this may indicate that a spread offense would work well - get our 3rd and 4th wr's out there, and swing the ball out to Faulk/Maroney
