Friends of mine have been asking me a real intresting question the last couple of weeks, they've been asking if it were possible, would I take Brady's knee injury so he could be healthy and playing right now and I be left with a torn ACL? Before you answer the question consider these things.

1. The same doctor thats going to operate on Brady would be preforming the surgery on you.

2. All medical and rehab bills will be covered.

3. All of the money you miss out on from work will be paid to you and you will retain your position when your healthy enough to do so.

4. All bills will be taken care of. ( rent, utilities, etc.)

I personally don't know if I would do this, Id have to sit and really consider it im not sure If I would or would'nt.

Again... how far would you go?

I think I can learn to root for Matt Cassell! Thanks anyway.

Would I also get Brady's salary for the year?

Would all of Patriots nation know of your sacrifice?

all bills would be covered? so i could just sit back and waste time...

i would....if such an injury does not affect one after 2 years in any way...

thats how big of a fan i am

Would I get Gisele for the year?

If so Ill take a torn ACL, MCL, CCL, KCL... every damn CL in the book!

What about the hot supermodel?

If ya throw her in, sign me up.

Throw in Gisele and you can fill a couple of wards.

Would it mean that Tom and I would become good buddies and hang out all the time. I'd get to show up at his house, any time, uninvited, drink his beer and hang out with Giselle and some of her friends. If so, count me in!

Be careful or the government will nuke your imagination.

This same scenario/what if situation was once brought up in a Bill Simmons article. I can't remember what the scenario was. I think I would only seriously consider it if the injury happened during the AFC Championship game and meant the Pats would be without Brady in the Super Bowl.

In a hearbeat - my knees are crap anyway...

I'm am as obsessive about the Pats as anyone, but unless I was making the $5 million Brady has in salary coming to him this year I wouldn't even consider it. It is still only a game and entertainment. I am not obsessed enough to sacrifice bodily harm on myself for another Super Bowl for the Pats.

I'll drive him to the hospital.

i do not think anyone is that much of a fan

Let me get this straight. All I have to do is tear up my knee, and Tom plays the season?

HELL YEAH. I've already torn up my knees, and had surgery. No big deal. Especially if that doc is doing the surgery. If his gf, and pay are included, that's just a bonus

Yeah... honestly I would. :halo:
