Righttttt. Nothing in this league is a lay up. Anything can happen. The wagoners screaming 16 - 0 and claiming we own the super bowl make the real fans look like meatballs.

This is the best patriots team ever. Still don't mean jack. They have to avoid injury and play week after week. Could colts fan be anymore scared / obsessed? Seriously, I checked out a few colts boards after there latest win and half the board is dedicated to ripping the pats , or talking themselves into believing the pats are no good. The dolts fan's inferiority complex is pretty huge these days. They remind me of Sox fans. Good luck with that!

I really really hate to admit it but I would rather be in your shoes then mine. I think you would agree. Not saying this squad is the best ever by any stretch but they are for sure head and shoulders above everyone else this season for sure.

I am enjoying this season but it is pretty much a done deal. We can all save a lot of time by focussing on next year's team. That's why questions like the draft and resigning Randy Moss are paramount in everyone's mind.

Has anyone actually taken the time to watch all of the games so far? I'll probably watch the AFC championship (the real Superbowl in terms of football competition) and the Superbowl itself (for the commercials and half-time nudity) but as for the regular season and the preliminary playoff games I've got much better things to do (yardwork, housework, and self-improvement projects).

I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that the Patriots will be in the Super Bowl this year. It is scheduled for Sunday, January 20 and their opponent will probably be the Colts.

The winner of that game will go on to play an overhyped exhibition game 2 weeks later against the champion of the minor leagues.

It's a long season and anything can happen between now and then. I don't think the Pats are so much better than the Colts. In fact, after watching our defense play against the pass, I think it's quite likely the Pats lose to Indy later in the season. Indy has a pressure defense that should do a good job of pressuring Brady into making some bad throws. They also have a pretty good defense, although Denver gashed them a bit last game, and they have Manning, Addai, Harrison and Wayne. Nuff said.
