10/10 Confidence that Mac will be at worst a middle of the pack starting qb, game manager.

2/10 Confidence that Mac will become an elite franchise QB. His arm strength is probably below average at the moment, and he isn’t very mobile like most of the qb’s coming out of college these days. Pretty much all of the current elite NFL qbs (besides Brady) have the ability to gash you on scrambles while also having a strong arm.

Warner with an obvious but great take. Mac rushes the throws to the checkdowns instead of confirming the defense first. Mac looks off the defense as part of the play design (so you think he is reading the D but it is part of what he has been instructed to do), but when he progresses for the 1st to 2nd or 3rd read, he has to stop long enough to confirm the D to avoid the ints (that is not part of the play design, it is something he has to develop - take an extra half second). That is correct for some of his ints. I also think he tries to force it to Myers too much, even double coverage. We will see how he progresses Saturday at 0C.

I'm at a 7 for now. Could go up to a 10 depending how he performs this Saturday. Even if we lose but he shows us something that'll be good enough for me.

Six.

By this time next year it will be an Eight... or a Four...
