Honor for Hobbs

Patriots CB Ellis Hobbs has been named the AFC's Special Teams Player of the Week.

Hobbs returned the opening kickoff of the second half of Sunday's season opener 108 yards for a touchdown. The return is the longest in NFL history. The previous long was 106 yards, which was accomplished three times.

Well deserved. Although if there's any monetary reward that goes with it he should share it with Watson.

To date my greatest "Pause the tivo, run an errand and come back 30 minutes later to witness" moment of my life.

I really like how he's turning out for this team.

I just wish the pats didn't get called "cheaters" for no reason. That's kind of a bummer.
