Hightower is a leader. It's part of the reason they drafted him. People were trying to run him out of town after his rookie season where he struggled a bit playing out of position. He's learned how to be an NFL linebacker, thanks in part to Mayo's injuries the past two seasons. His maturation has been interesting to watch. By the same token, Collins has been insane as well. Those are two great young NFL LB's. Maybe we'll be lucky enough one day to see a full season of Hightower, Mayo and Collins on the field together. This D should be good for the next few seasons, especially if Revis stays.
