I read Curran's report of Hightower "heavily favoring his right side" during warmups and this seems very odd. If he was laboring that badly, why would he even be out there?
That said, if he doesn't play or comes out early due to his shoulder, I would guess that Collins would move inside with some combination of Casillas, Ninkovich, ?? at the Will or Sam.
Just a completely uneducated guess on that one.
Sheesh, I hope Mr. Miyagi can save the day and apply his special hand rubbing treatment. That may sound kinky to those not familiar with the Karate Kid.
