Funny how this all comes out but I had no idea he was ever a character risk. I also find it funny that people make a big deal about something that will be legal in 50 states within the next decade.

But drug related playing suspensions - that could be a bigger problem if he actually ever sees the field again.

It is no big secret that Hernandez tested positive for Marijuana after the combine. However, since then, he's passed all his league mandated drug tests.

I guess you didn't really pay attention to the lead up to the 2010 draft or the minutes, hours and days after the Patriots took him in the 4th round.

Apparently pot is the gateway drug to thinking you can avoid suspicion by hiring a cleaning service, smashing your smart phone and destroying your video surveillance system the day after a murdered guy was found with your car.

So apparently Randy Moss and Warren Sapp are both potential murders too. Both dropped in the draft because of pot use allegations.

Anyone know if the North Attleboro police had inquired into their whereabouts at the time of the murder?
