He had a solid team the past couple seasons, a team that a competent head coach could have guided deep into the playoffs. Herm however is just about anything but competent.

They started Tui in one game and he was horrible. Of course you could say it takes more than one game to really give a guy a chance.

This is like your wife is forcing you to throw away your old stuffed moose head and as you're getting ready to take it to the curb someone comes and offers you money for it.
