Not a very insightful piece, I'm afraid. It just shows how you can make $250,000 dollars a year by stating the obvious in business school jargon:

Doing his job

Do you know what Bradys degree is in? Organizational Skills.

He and Belichick work perfectly together.

Decent article, but I guess we can tell that he is not a Pats fan:

I also think he’s the kind of guy who deals with problems — he doesn’t postpone them — he deals with them right on the spot. Going back to the Super Bowl last year, Malcolm Butler got in during the fourth quarter because Akeem Ayers wasn’t quite working out, so he took a rookie and put him in place of a seasoned back.

Other than that gaffe, and I think he meant to say Arrington, I think it's a very spot-on article and a great analysis from a business management perspective. He was pretty accurate in describing Belichick's mindset in Cleveland and how he transformed himself between that period and when he came to New England.

Quite the opposite, with all due respect. I think it's very good and quite insightful.

Then I'm glad you found the link useful.

Thanks for sharing. Anyone in the business world or in Corp America should find that a pretty good piece.

BB is an exceptional organizational leader.

Its dated, but I'd also suggest Management Secrets of the New England Patriots

Wow. Great read. I'm glad I took the time to read this.

It is clear to me that this clown from Harvard has no business talking about football or Belichick.
