1 - First have the picture on your computer in a place you'll remember or copy the url if it's on the net.

2 - Then after hitting 'Reply to Thread' click on the paperclip icon and browse to the saved picture on your computer and upload it to the board. (Or if you have the exact url of the pic you can upload it directly to the board from the paperclip icon without putting it on your hard drive first)

3 - Next, hit the little down arrow next to the paperclip and select the picture you just uploaded to add it to your post.
