Practice observations: Vrabel returns

Pro Bowl linebacker Mike Vrabel was back at work today, removed from the PUP list. His return provided the biggest news item of the day.

Several veteran players, including Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Rodney Harrison and Sammy Morris were presumably given the day off.

Rookie cornerback Jonathan Wilhite, who pulled up and appeared to suffer some type of leg injury during Monday night’s practice, also wasn’t present.
