Along the lines of the NFL letting Jenkins know they were unhappy with her previous article, Michael Hurley tweeted this out on Saturday:

Hey. I've been contacted by the NFL and informed pretty convincingly that @DuaneFromNJ had nothing to do with that PSI tweet. Bad job by me.

This was in reference to his article about the NFL trolling Brady and the Patriots on social media. Jets fan Duane Munn is the manager of the NFL's social media. If he didn't post those messages himself, shouldn't he be generally aware of what the people in his department are doing? Isn't he responsible for, you know, managing them?

Interesting how the NFL will give prompt feedback to Hurley and Jenkins, but they never corrected Mortensen.

I agree with Koma's last sentence in his post. I don't know how many angles Brady will use in his legal dealings. I know reading how the main thing the NFLPA is going for is the CBA stuff regarding the discipline process. But, as the majority of the members of this board already feel, the equally important stuff is how to disassemble the oligarchy. One way would be showing how biased they are by not correcting the erroneous information that made the Pats look bad, but immediately correcting anything that makes them look bad.

I just listened to the Jenkins interview on demand. At the risk of being repetitive, Sally Jenkins is a breath of fresh air in a wilderness of cesspool stench. After the interview, Jerry Thornton makes the very appropriate comment about comparing what they just heard, namely Jenkins' intelligent, articulate, reasoned and thoughtful analysis vs. Mad Dog Russo's screeching, spittle-spewing tantrum where he just keeps screaming, "Brady cheated!!" over and over again.

J2, I heard it as well. I agree with beatin down this story again. Unfortunately It Is What It Is. As for Mad Dog, That's his schtick, guy didn't even read Wells Report but he Rantin & Ravin makin idiotic statements without any facts. There's probaby so many that are just hoppin on Hater Express just because it's Public Opinion and joinin crowd. Haters gonna Hate!
