Nice read on how Schotty has backed off on game day and lets his coordinators make all of the calls. I didn't realize he was as laissez-faire as he is when it comes to play calling. Doesn't even sound like he offers up a "let's throw the ball down field on this drive" or any direction at all.

Probably why they did so well this year.

One of the statements that was understated in this article was Marty's change from having his players practice hard each weak during the entire season to now easing back after the first half of it.

Thus, the Bolts will be much fresher at the start of this play-off game than all previous Marty led play-off teams.
