Onwenu struggled when they put him on the left side, he played on the right side well and played there in college. Beyond being big there’s not a lot similar about the two, Onwenu was strong exiting college. Again, I could be wrong. I think they have better more athletic options on the interior and there’s only so many roster spots available.
Most 6th rounders are practice squad guys. "Explosive" numbers indicate lower body strength, broad and high jump at 330 lbs., so Hines has stronger lower but weaker upper body strength than other prospects (hence the relatively high RAS score) - not sure how that translates to run and pass blocking. I think he is a good prospect, but I really do not know, I am not a evaluator like BCG.
