Defense make a MUST stop when they had to and that was the game.
 
I agree, reminds me of the one against Indy couple years ago.. when they had to the D stood the best that Pitt could offer.
 
Why wouldn't they just kick the FG there? I'm glad they didn't of course, but get it to within 2 scores.

I felt the same way when we went for it on 4th down, I would have kicked the FG. But hey it all worked out.
 
This is feeling more like a Patriots defense, finally -- fairly soft much of the game, but a terror in the red zone.
 
That goal line stand was the plays of the game for me. I really
like the trick play and many other great plays but .....
that goal line stand gave me goose bumps ... it the PATs D of Old.
Also it will give them confidence going into the post season that if
the game come down to a goal line stand ... they can do it! and against
a good offense.
