We're still only 15 weeks or so from this:

No one is perfect. I missed on this one big time.

I also said something along the lines of "I will puke if the Pats take Will Campbell at #4 and the Chiefs end up with Josh Simmons".

No one has a monopoly on being wrong.

I have a question. After seeing him up close and personal last night....why am I still hearing Jaxon Dart will be a special, special player in the NFL? I saw almost nothing to say he won't be anything more than an average QB with spurts of high end play. Maybe I'm wrong, but not everyone can be Maye.

I actually think he showed promising flashes for a rookie on a team in meltdown mode. But his adamant refusal to play safer/smarter is a huge red flag. Not only for the injury risk, but simply because he’s resisting coaching and isn’t trying to improve because he thinks he knows better than anyone else. No thanks.

I was quoted saying "why the hell would we waste a draft pick on that Brady kid, we have our future QB in Michael Bishop".
Talk about a miss.
I thought he was going to get lost in the shuffle. They had Bledsoe as the obvious starting QB who was coming up for an extension. They signed John Friez as the main backup in 1999. They drafted Michael Bishop in 1999 and then signed Damon Huard to replace Friez. I love the honesty of Bledsoe saying he thought Brady wasn't going to be anything more than a backup in the NFL.

Because you & I are > Wallace.

Last year they put Wallace at the wrong position, he got hurt, and this year we haven't seen him play one down.

I'm not saying he's bound for Canton, but the team must feel if they cut Wallace someone will scoop him up.

Meanwhile he hasn't seen the field.

It's not looking good, but he's better than us.

Bills Bosa is week to week with a hamstring injury, could factor vs NE in two weeks.

Don't sell yourself short...

Doesn't it say everything about him that Thayer Munford as elevated over him and he was a PS player for Cleveland the prior week?

The writing is on the wall here.

If we were really so concerned about the quality of our backups, we would've kept Cole Strange, because he has been grading out as the 2nd best player on the Miami Dolphins (which speaks more to the chaos in Miami than it does Strange, I suppose).
