Yeah, it'd be nice to know what the team really thinks of Bryant, but I suspect we won't know until next offseason by their actions in regard to OT.
I think that Bryant is their top swing tackle currently. Whether he becomes the starting RT remains to be seen. Regardless, I expect the Pats to add a OT in the draft as well as an OG.

He reminds me of Jim McMahon

edit: Context: personality, he's got a little crazy in him, the headband.. but from I remember, Dart seems like a smarter, more capable and talented QB than McMahon was.
Remember in the old NFL days a Packer player picked McMahon up after the play was over and body slammed him.

I expect we would have taken the same trade the Jags gave to Cleveland if we had the #1 pick. We would have gotten pick 5, and I suspect Campbell wouldn’t have been taken at #4 so we would have taken him there, but who knows….
Maybe, but who else goes #4 if not Campbell?

It will be interesting to see if they add an OT in the 1st 3 rounds of the draft. Someone to push Moses and challenge Bryant for the Swing tackle position.

IMO, The Pats currently have Edge, LB, and OG as their top 3 positions of need.
Also shows the importance of keeping Chaisson.

I think we can pay Chaisson and draft another EDGE highly.
Ponder is coming on and I hope we don't lose Bradyn Swinson. But we can still Draft another one.

I think Chaisson is a stop-gap guy, honestly. It would not be a big deal if he walked, IMHO. He can be replaced by someone like Alex Wright or Cam Johnson or a 1st/2nd round pick. The bigger issue is that the Pats need t upgrade over him AND Landry as Landry has fallen off a cliff.

Honestly, I'd rather see Jennings/Ponder getting snaps over Landry of late.

Someone you MIGHT want to look at in the offseason. He's a plus player if totally bought in and healthy
No thanks.
When was the last time he was good?

Talib said he used to literally call PFF & explain to them that certain coverage bust TDs “weren’t on him” depending on the their defensive responsibilities lol.

He’s ours.

He’s ours.

If I heard that correctly, I’m translating that as “I’m the most miserable 8-0 QB in the league,” from Brady in 2019. That he’s not necessarily complaining that he’s not getting the ball, but that the offense isn’t improving on the whole and that the defense is carrying them, and he wants the offense to pull its weight. That yes he does want to win, but he doesn’t want to be carried along for the ride but wants to do his part. That’s what I think I heard, anyway, and if that’s the case then it makes me less apprehensive about him coming in here and disrupting everything. That he and Diggs could coexist and in fact push each other and thrive (although I question if the Pats would pay them both). Maybe I’m just wishcasting though.
