Thread already exists on "hip drop tackling ban" and the kickoff rule changes, but thought I would share all other changes. Notable to me are the trade deadline being pushed back 1 week, and also teams being allowed to promote QBs from the practice squad to be the "emergency 3rd QB" an unlimited # of times. This is what Belichick wanted to do last year at the start of the year, but then was told he was not allowed to do. Now this year apparently they liked his idea and it's fine.

Any clarification on #5? I don't quite get what that's saying.

Would rather the trade deadline be moved to the Tuesday after Week 10.

7: ...unless the QB is Kermit Mahomes then because of #integrity he gets an extra second to let Kelce add a legendary play to his HOF resume.
