When you're the alpha dog, people will do anything to try to tear you down. This is the late 90s/early 2000s Yankees all over again, only with social media available. Yesterday's game would be like if the rest of the MLB celebrated a regular season game after a team barely beat Tanyon Sturtz or Aaron Small and with Mariano Rivera, Bernie Williams, and Tino Martinez all injured, and this is coming from a lifelong Red Sox fan.

As long as we keep putting up winning seasons and the faces of their misery - Belichick and Brady - are still around, the hate i.e. jealousy will continue.
