This is from Miguel, who would know better than ANYONE...

How was Mankins not the highest paid guard though?

I believe that the year Mankins was paid was the same year that they guard in New Orleans was paid and his contract exceeded Mankins.. But it could also have been an over-sight by Miguel..He'll tell you himself he's not perfect.

I missed Mankins.

Well considering all the great content Miguel gives us statistically he was bound to make a booboo at some point. He is human after all

There goes my half man half robot theory

If not at the top, then they were often pretty close to paying top dollar at a lot of positions.

Not to be a johnny one note, I put a lot of the blame on the media for the Pats rep. Even the local guys are at fault. Have you ever heard them bray about NOT paying someone. They always want the team (regardless of the sport) to pay whatever the players are asking for. Of course Felger still feels the cap is not any impediment, since it's "crap" anyways. :rolleyes;

By the time they get through repeating this mantra over and over again, it pretty soon becomes fact and no amount of factual evidence will make them change their tune. It's just too easy to state the lie. Christ Felger is still implying that Brady isn't innocent, DESPITE the mountain of evidence to the contrary. Why does he continue to do it? Because it is just too easy a button to push.

Like I keep saying, the media has devolved into being nothing but click bait, where what's happening on the field is becoming less and less important. Just as Colin Kapernick.
