Let's face it...do you ever remember Tom Brady having an issue with any of his teammates??? NO!

Doug's had some issues in the past, so has Drew, so has Manning, etc...but this is more a tribute to Brady being the person he is and make sure everyone on his team is treated fairly and with respect.

I think one would have to know more about the circumstances in each case to make any negative judgements based on players having issues in the past. But certainly, Brady's apparent ability to relate well with his teamates seems to speak well about the way he approaches leadership.

This is sounds like the current situation in Buffalo. Lostman loses and gets hurt...then Kelly Holcomb wins until Lostman comes back and loses some more...
