Five to be Inducted at LSU Athletic Hall of Fame Gala

Kevin Faulk, a 1998 graduate of LSU, was one of the greatest all-around football players in Tiger History. The Carencro native was named first-team All-American in 1996 by the Associated Press and earned first-team All-SEC honors three years in a row. LSU’s all-time leading rusher with 4,557 yards, he led the SEC in rushing both his junior and senior seasons, and finished second in SEC history in rushing behind only Georgia legend Herschel Walker.

Faulk led a revival of LSU football in the mid-1990s, taking the Tigers to three straight bowl games, and turning down an opportunity to enter the NFL draft early to play his senior season at LSU and earn his degree. He now plays for the NFL’s New England Patriots.

Great news for Kevin -- well deserved.

That's awesome. Congradulations to my current favorite New England Patriots player along with Bruschi. (I don't relate to Brady)
