I know part of the answer to this already, and I also know I'm a glutton for pain, disappointment and anger when it comes to anything media-driven. But why is there no backlash after the GB dismantling of the Vikings? Not only was Brett Favre in the game in the 4th, he was in the game for the second drive of the 4th quarter, and he had already taken an elbow to the head earlier in the game. In the drive that put them up 34-0 Favre threw 4 passes, one of them a 37 yard bomb and the final one a 17 yard touchdown pass.
I know, it's sacriledge to say anything bad about the Packers or Favre, but come on, it's completely hypocritical to bash the Patriots for 'running it up' and then turn around and praise Favre for 'gutting it out' during their blowout.
These are the things I fume about during a bye weekend.
