Sorry if this was posted today guys, but there are so many threads here sometimes it's hard to keep track.

Here's the video from TMZ.

Summary : A fan walking his dogs runs into Brady on the street, yaps about naming his dog for him, and bothers Tom for a handshake, which you could see he clearly wasn't thrilled on. Then Tom's driver apologizes, and he says 'story of my life'.

You can read the article detailing the video at the Boston Herald.

It's easy to say Brady should've just shook the guys hand and been on his way, but as someone who's decidedly unfamous and unhounded by billions of people who want to shake my hand, I can't really put myself in his shoes and say I'd act any different.

That video, those people, the paparazzi...just makes me sick.

Seriously, who gets their jollies off of watching famous people walk down the street?

The paparazzi really are scum.... worse yet, it's an industry that makes millions on top of millions each year, for pretty much no good reason. Celebrities are human beings too.

his girlfriend is really attractive.

exclusive vid of brady walking around!

Well she is a supermodel and all I love Brady , but I dont feel bad for him at all. The perks of his life far outweigh some people taking pictures of him. Honeslty those paparazzi are not even that bad. They are at least polite to him.

Welcome to dating world famous models , and being the greatest qb ever to play the game.

Brady did shake the guy's hand and walk away.

If I happened to be walking my dog, and Tom eye-balled me for a split second since I'm near his path, I'd simply nod my head up without saying anything, as if to just acknowledge him, or maybe with a smile. I think he'd appreciate that more than me actually wasting his time by trying to strike up a brief conversation or having to shake hands.

It's depressing to realize that us normal folk who love and respect Tom the most, would never get the chance to say what's up Tom, love you man, without getting on his nerves. If I was being photographed, recorded, hounded by press every time I stepped out, not to mention people shouting things at me, constantly saying my name, I'd probably not care too much about the guys who really aren't trying to bother me but just want to exchange a line or two with me.

I sat next to Bill Belichick at a Red Sox game in the table seats (literally, his table was right next to mine). There was pretty stringent security around him... two guys came down and thanked him and he smiled and shook their hands. But I didn't say anything to him, except dart quick glances and text everyone I knew "holy **** I'm sitting next to Bill Belichick." No need to disturb the guy.

That's my account of my brush with greatness.

God forbid a celebrity not act like everybody who bothers him on the street is his best friend and stops to have a conversation with everyone who he meets. I know he wouldn't have his fame and fortune without the fans paying for tickets, watching games on TV, andbuying his jersey; but the guy probably gets people trying to strike up a conversation with him everywhere he goes.

I'm sure there are days that Brady does stop and talk to people who approach him and other days he wants to be left alone. As much as all of feel we have a personal connection to the guy, he doesn't know any of us from a hole in the wall. I'm sure no one on this board would like to be photographed and hounded by people everywhere they go.

Personally, I am disgusted when people walk up to celebrities and act like they owe them a conversation and their personal attention.

I live near Marina Bay in Quincy and I see some of the Pats every once and a while at the local supermarket. I "hung out" with Willie McGinest at the deli counter. Ok, I stood next to him for about two minutes and exchanged about three words. I ran into Monty Beisel and his super hot wife. I've seen Milloy and Brady in the past. Haven't seen many guys recently though.

Other than McGinest (who talked to me first), I've left them alone. I know that when I am shopping, I don't like people coming up to me. I just want to get in and out. I am sure they feel the same way.

queue the "it comes with the territory, if you don't want the attention, don't date a supermodel" idiots. Newsflash: if you could date Giselle you would, and that doesn't mean you should give up any semblance of a real life. I literally wish the paparazzi would be outlawed.

"Tom Brady is a Weiner" - coming from people whose lives entail following people just walking around with cameras trying to agitate them for a reaction.

Wildo7 I just gotta say, as someone who went to Sacred Heart grammar school and saw that painting everyday, your avatar slays me every time I see it.

What is wrong with Giselle? She acts like she will melt if she is caught on film. By acting like that she just encourages the scumbag paparazzi to harass her even more. She should be more like Brady, just act normal, ignore them and continue on with whatever she is doing. Its odd that an athlete is better at dealing with paparazzi than a supermodel.

Tom needs to find a regular gal who isn't so high strung.

She doesn't want to be seen without the hair, makeup and professional lighting.

I would have to agree with you. She looks like she is completely shocked that people are filming her. Newsflash Giselle: You live in New York City. You are famous. If you don't like it, move to Kansas.

Also, Giselle, thru her agent, just started signing contracts in euros because her advisors are afraid about the falling value of the dollar. I wish I had that kind of leverage with my firm.

The paparazzi like videos where celebrities do stupid things. Constantly hiding behind Tom and then hiding behind a sign is like primo stuff for them because it shows that she is annoyed.

Tom has the right idea, pretend they aren't there. Eventually they will get bored with videos of him walking around like they don't exist. Thats what guys like Sean Penn never got. The more you get bent out of shape, the more they follow you hoping to see you blow up.

Anyone else think that dork with the 2 dogs was a plant? LOL

The paparazzi get big money. Can't blame them. Blame the people that create the demand for it.

I've met many players, TV "personalities", etc., in public over the years and to me it's a rather simple equation.

If they are there for a reason (e.g., book signing, store opening) then I figure they expect to shake my hand, sign a picture, and carry on a short conversation.

When I randomly see them "in public", at a gas station, airport - or walking the dog - treat them like a friend, don't say something stupid, and take their cue after a short introduction. If they want to talk, they'll respond; if they don't then give them their privacy and say "good luck" or "thanks for your effort" or something like that and move on.
