I remember this kid in one of the Bengals games last year,He seems to be a kid that will risk his body in catching passes,something BB likes I am sure

He beat out Coats to be the Bengals starting TE in October last season,Don't know why they did not retain him?

Maybe less risky than a rookie TE with the top 2 draft prospects coming off 1 year vacations from football and I would rather not use a pick on a TE early anyway.

Accord. to the 3 sites I use for FA info & rankings, JP is one of the better UFA (non-tendered) TEs remaining, esp. at his age (< 30):
