Okay, first here's the story: Ex-Lions bust Charles Rogers jailed in domestic violence case - NFL - CBSSports.com Football.
Now here's the other thing. As you may recall from my posts talking about the Lions game I went to with my bro last year, I happen to own a Lions jersey, just because I love the look of their black alternate jerseys. I went to their website and bought one on clearance for 25 bucks:
So now, as with my Dave Meggett Pats jersey, I've got another one of these things I can never wear again.
Which is not to say of course that this is the worst thing to come out of this mess, obviously the real victim here is the victim of Rogers' abuse. It just figures that the one I buy would turn out to be a wife beater.
It also astonishes me that he's talking about playing football again. Maybe he can join up with Mike Vick in the UFL.
