Brought a smile to my face thinking about the Pats "defining" the Super Bowl.

I talk to a lot of casual football fans and they pretty much say the same thing - it doesn't feel like the Super Bowl without the Pats. I take consolation in the fact that although we didn't win this year, the Pats have a 'champion' reputation. Next season who do you think teams will fear more, Seattle, Pittsburgh or New England?

I'd go with the Patriots. . . . I would be surprised--assuming there is a "Tomorrow" commercial--to see them in it; after all, they'd probably make it sound less like a song about hope and more like an ominous warning to the other 31 teams.

I also didn't realize Miller had been signed by Seattle . . . Can't blame him for not wanting to watch the SB (I, too, will be watching mostly for the commercials).
