ESPN predicts Pats are 3 years away from SB contention

Bil is here until he no longer wants to be here.......
I'd say Bill has earned the right to not be fired - but nobody has earned any right to be here as long as they want. If Brady didn't get that right then there's no way the coach does either.

There are ways to move on from Bill gracefully if the Pats wanted to do that like offering him another job in the organization. I think that's what the Giants did for Coughlin when his time was up.

I don't expect they would do that this offseason because we all know the outcome would be a complete disaster. But when Bill's time is up the Pats will let him know not the other way around. He will get the chance to rebuild this team in the meantime, and rightfully so.

this was my point......i don't think he's on any hot seat, and i suspect he will know when it is time to walk away without being told......he's earned enough trust to engage in the process....

he's 68.......whether this is a 3 year process or not, whether he experiences success sooner or later, i suspect he will......and i suspect he will walk away in the not too distant future regardless...

Tony Mazz intimating that the Pats may "go with what they have at qb" and hunting that it's an "informed opinion". take that for what it's worth. But I do not doubt for one second that Coach Bill is so arrogant that he thinks he can win with the current collection of garbage down there at Patriot place with Stidham, Hoyer or Newton at QB...

Brady chose to leave.
