I just don't see where people can even make the dillon/meggett/christian peter comparisons........ we're not there

this whole thing happened at 1:30am.....you ever been to a helloween party at 1:30am at that age? very few sober people around.......

I have problems with it and not because of purity. But because I have had family members who have been assaulted in similar fashion and the damage it causes is awful to the victims. While the assaulter gets off and faces no consequences other than a arrest record and community service.

I have no problem saying any player IF convicted of this should be cut/suspended and face heavy fines for their actions.

If he's guilty of a crime, I've got no problem with him being dealt with by the criminal justice system. I simply laugh at the notion that groping a woman is somehow a disqualifier for employment as a football player. There's a credit card slider already on the team, after all.

my point is that the running off to judgement at this moment is flat out stupid........

now at the end of the day, what can possibly be figured out with drunk people dancing at 1:30am........he might not have even been dancing with her, swung his arm around and inadvertently got her in the crotch or something.........its possible he did it intentionally, but its also possible he didn't even know what he did as incidental random contact is constant on a dance floor....especially at that hour......

what fools certain people will look like if this simply turns out to be a misunderstanding and once everyone sobers up, he apologizes for something he didn't mean to do in the first place and she drops the charges and they all become friends in the end......crazier things have happened.......

I think Eldeman gets released today. Then the Pats re-sign Bodden to active roster. Then Eldeman clears waivers in a few days, and we re-sign him on Friday. Then, being Friday, we release Bodden again 2 days before Giants game.
