Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but I saw a short clip on Dungy where he responds to a question about the punt team and them getting waved off by Manning. He actually said that the punt team went out "automatically", (on their own) because it was 4th down, that he hadn't sent them out.
This is BS of course, either he doesn't have control of his team or Manning does. You do get major points coach for a great pr job on your QB!
