This Sunday Matt light will be making his 100th NFL start (if i am not wrong all of them have come for the Patriots)..................... congratulations to him for the same.......... and may he win many more rings (for the PATS ofcourse)

Matt you are a warrior, all the great battles over the years on an island all by yourself with the best pass rushers this league has to offer. Thanks for always playing hurt and never complaining. Most importantly, thanks being probably the 2cond best LT we have had since Bruce Armstrong and who knows, maybe the best when it's all said and done.

Isn't Richard Seymour coming up to that too?

Why do we celebrate 100? Why not 97 or 104? Is there something special about that number?

Yep, all games have been with the Pats - they took him in the 2nd round of the 2001 draft (after having grabbed Seymour in the 1st round). If you include playoffs, it's actually Light's 115th game and 113th start.

Check out the list of tackles drafted before Light: Leonard Davis, Kenyatta Walker, Jeff Backus, and Maurice Williams.
