Their scoring algorithm is hilarious. You can trade down and collect 10 extra 3rd rounders and not get a bunch of points for all the 3rd round talent, yet if you pick guys it likes in the later rounds, you score like crazy. I even had one where I swapped 2016 1st rounders with Jacksonville and the Jets and didn't get extra points, lmao.

32: R1P32 DE OWAMAGBE ODIGHIZUWA, UCLA: No Scherff, Clemmings or Erving available. After combine lucky to get him here, won't be there at 64.

64: R264 RB TODD GURLEY, GEORGIA: wasn't expecting him here but you can't pass his on his skills at 64. You just can't, it's hard enough passing on him at 32.

96: R3P32 G ALI MAPET, HOBART: he is going to Disneyland after that combine. I'd rather him go to the Patriots. High upside and one of the reasons the combine are fun.

98: R4P2 DE DANIELLE HUNTER, LSU: great value here, was thinking DT but nothing interesting in this range.

128: R4P32 G SHAQ MASON, GEORGIA TECH: Surprised to see him on the board, so I picked him up.

162: R6P2 DT MARCUS HARDISON, ARIZONA STATE: steal this late. Potential is really there.

194: R7P2 WR DEANDRE SMELTER, GEORGIA TECH: another wait a year pick, lucky we are Super Bowl champs and have that Luxury. The Patriots reap the rewards for Gurley and Smelter in year 2.

Thank you for your time.

Hit up Fanspeak.com for a little post-combine, pre-inebriation Friday night mock goodness...

32: R1P32 - DE OWAMAGBE ODIGHIZUWA, UCLA -- Binkie Alert!! We love Diggy and Diggy will learn to love us. He'll also have to learn to love his new nickname, as no-one within earshot of New England will be able to pronounce his real name.

64: R2P32 - RB TODD GURLEY, GEORGIA -- Gurley at #64? Fire the GM who doesn't make this pick! This pick also further cements our bulk discount at the knee clinic.

96: R3P32 - G JAMIL DOUGLAS, ARIZONA STATE -- Binkie Alert!! An athletic Guard that is good in pass protection and can chip in at LT in a pinch. Who is ASU binkie Jamil Douglas, Alex?

98: R4P2 - OT CEDRIC OGBUEHI, TEXAS A&M -- Not too sure exactly what we have here. Slacker? Quitter? Failed Left Tackle? Potential beast at either Guard spot who can easily fill in at RT and maybe LT in a pinch? Let's find out!!

128: R4P32 - DT MARCUS HARDISON, ARIZONA STATE -- Binkie Alert!! Like most of these picks, he'll never be available at this spot. But today he is, and so we celebrate!!!!! Oh the crazy things we could do with this guy and Diggy. Make it happen Belichick!

162: R6P2 - WR TRE MCBRIDE, WILLIAM & MARY -- Binkie Alert!! He's was supposed to be our little secret....and what does he do?....goes and runs a 4.41 at the Combine and now everyone knows who he is. Stupid Combine! Thank God the draft ranking people at fanspeak.com apparently missed it and still have him available in the 6th!

194: R7P2 - OLB LYNDEN TRAIL, NORFOLK STATE -- Talk about the ultimate BB project player. DE, TE, OLB? I'll take this guy in the 7th round all day and let Master Belichick figure out what to do with him. Cool story on Trail: http://mmqb.si.com/2015/02/25/lynden-trail-nfl-draft/

Another great mock but these mocks are just so unrealistic, they're next to useless. That's not a criticism of you, I love the players you've taken, it's just a critique of the mock draft engine.

They are a lot of fun though.

Yeah, they're a blast. At the end of the day we're all just shooting blanks here anyways. For all we know Belichick has his eye on a longshoreman from the Jersey docks who unloads containers with a mean streak and might make a good guard or something. :p There really is no telling what he'll do. May as well have fun with it.

Nice job. I'd go with a different corner with the first pick personally (Byron Jones or Marcus Peters) but I like your next four picks a lot. Not sure about Darryl Williams as I'm not convinced he offers much as a LT and we've got a bunch of RTs on the roster but I like the Tre Jackson pick and think BJ Finney is very interesting.
