This year is the first time I can remember, where I think great and warm weather helps the Patriots more than the team from Florida.

The Patriots passing game will work best on a dry field without much wind.

A snowy or muddy game will favor the JAGS.

Do others agree/disagree?

No doubt it helps us. Dry will help our speed advantage, calm will help the passing.

I don't think muddy will be a problem regardless of the weather

Jaguars are now being known as the best visiting team in cold and snomy weather so a fast track is a must for a high scoring game and thus a better chance to win easily.

a good weather will help pats for SURE.

even though it is snow, pats is still good because we used to play in snows.

no problem.

the forecasts that i checked call for clear weather saturday night, low of 23 with no significant winds, and with no precipitation during the day on saturday.

so, a clear, dry, cold but not brutal cold, night. advantage, pats. the WR's can run and tommy can throw. also, whatever the jags might say about being a cold weather team that happens to be from the south, i think that the pats are a lot more accustomed to these conditions. i think our older lb's would have had a lot more trouble in tampa's 80 Degrees with humidity weather that was there for the giants game last weekend.

winds are the biggest challenge, followed by rain/snow. Either way Maroney will have a good game

I've heard that all year and in every game

Good weather helps Patriots fans. Doesn't effect the Charger fans, they will be watching the game from the couch.

good wether helps us against the Jags and Bad weather helps us against the Colts IMO.

This year good weather is the Pats friend, bad weather has to be an advantage to the Jags with there running game.

I’ll tell you who it helps out the most; it’s myself for tailgating

Snomy must be a combination of snowy and stormy. That works for me.

Remember the cramps in the AFC championship game this year. A nice, cool but not ****ty day should help us out.

In years past, I would definately say that horribly cold or bad weather would be a great benifit to us against a Florida team, but this year is different. Our offense has already proven that it does not perform particularly well in bad/windy weather. Our calling card the last 5 years has been defense first, offense second. But after having given this some thought the last few days, I'm hoping that we have good passing weather and take our chances that our defense will do good enough to slow down the Jags running game and put the ball in Gerrards hands (where he has not exactly lit anybody up yet).

I sincerely hope the Jags kick the **** out of the Pats this coming weekend.

Tell me. What is it like to have your hopes crushed, game after game, season after season?
Could it make you envious and bitter?
Nah!
