Reiss:

The Patriots did not make a qualifying/minimum tender offer to DL Rashad Moore, thus making him an unrestricted free agent. Moore was with the team in 2007 training camp and joined the club for the stretch run.

Based on this decision, Moore is unlikely to be back with the Patriots in 2008.
