that may remove YET ANOTHER team whose Day One draft-needs included a starting RB. I don't imagine Taylor would sign so quickly if he hasn't been told he's likely to start.

This is my long way of saying that the Pats could still be in the running for Lendale White - however long a shot it might be - especially given Edge is getting a lot of attention from Arizona.

I agree that RB could drop. There's a lot of teams with good RB and several good ones in FA for some to fill holes with. Also with RB being so seemingly replaceable some teams may lower their value.
