Defense vulnerable to this

The Pats were money last year in the red zone. I had absolutely no doubt at all the game was over last January in KC once Gronk caught that 3rd down pass in OT.

Won’t be as easy this year to fix it but we’ll need to be a lot better there if we want to repeat.

Big part of the reason is the oline and they miss gronk or allen in the run blocking . They cant run the ball in the red zone. And they cant pass protect well enough . Not much brady can do. Having said that Josh can do better . He is totally out of whack calling plays. Maybe he gets into a rhythm once it gets closer to the playoffs.

One was a 4 yard direct snap run and the other a RB caught the ball 3 yards from the LOS and ran 9 more yards while beating a flu ridden-LB that stumbled when he tried to jam said RB at the LOS

The good old “flu excuse”. Wouldn’t expect from anyone else tbh.
