To recap, so far we have covered Round 1 WRs, Day 2 WRs and now we can talk day 3.

This is the most I have ever studied the WR position and my takeaway is that there is plenty of talent throughout the draft. There are no top 10 type prospects but lots of depth.

I would be perfectly fine if they don't draft a WR until round 4+. Some names Morgan Jr., Hardman, Hurd, Stills, Jennings, Thompson, Boykin, Ferguson and also I always look for any chance to add the words "Ultra Sleeper" to a post...

Ultra Sleeper
35. Ashton Dulin, Malone

I'll throw Dulin here for now, the Division II superstar invited to the combine after scorching opponents down the field and in jump-ball situations. At this point, as you can probably imagine, his film is not easy to come by, but if he's as fast in Indy as he looks on limited footage I've watched ... look out. We could be talking about him as a Round 3 or Round 4 pick. He flew by everyone at Malone and displayed smooth athleticism to beat press and gain leverage down the field. Natural hands too.

I would also add Old Dominion's Travis Fulgham to the Day 3 list. He could become a bigger version of David Givens; unfortunately, I've been unable to find the results of ODU's pro day from March 25th, so I don't know if he has enough NFL-level quickness (he didn't run his 3-cone or shuttles at the combine).

Tyron Johnson out of Oklahoma State was a 5 star prospect worth taking a shot on.

Shawn Poindexter is a big target out of Arizona that’s a high character person with athleticism. It’s be fitting if the wildcats gave us another dominant offensive weapon right now.

Jakobi Meyers is another one of my favorites, and one of the best pure slot receivers in this draft.

He has the size, hands, and toughness to be a great receiving option on our team.
