I'll add Theo Johnson (9.9 RAS) to Baker (X, so probably not as they got Polk) or Walker (vertical threat.) More likely they're interested in Bub Means though.

I'd prefer all offense, but expect they go EDGE and DB, with a possible trade down.

Theo Johnson is a big target that runs goods routes, makes contested catches, and can line up outside or inline. He would be a great back up for Henry and possibly get out there in 2 TE sets as well

Jim Nagy, who is highly respected, makes the point that day three prospects are becoming less valuable. He calls them “ nondraftable, free agent types.”

So that means meaning up into the top four rounds by bundling late round picks is becoming more difficult to do.

Conversely, am I wrong to think it puts more of a premium in trading down in the early first round to collect additional top 100 picks?

Sure. 6 or 7 WR's top WR's would be best. And then we can add another top free agent next year.

I think we pick defense next two or three picks and may trade our second 4th round pick for extra fifth.
We need a corner and a deep safety. Some decent players available at both positions but the kid from Texas Tech looks pretty good.

There’s players like that out there. You just have to identify them. The Ohio State cb that is too slow for cb I’ve read is a good candidate to switch. Ryan Watts.
