just watching it now -- are these guys coked up?

I'd highly recommend watching this for dan's opinion.
one of the more interesting bits to me was the debunking of the 90% confirmation rate of arbitration rulings that I always hear about.
that stat is regarding arbitration by jointly approved neutral arbiters.
